Mount Batur Trek

Set off before dawn to hike up Bali’s active Mount Batur and witness an unforgettable sunrise above the island’s volcanic landscape. Enjoy breakfast at the summit, relax in a natural hot spring, and end the day with a visit to a local coffee plantation. Lunch available as an optional add-on.

Before you go

  • Duration: approx. 8 hours

  • Guide : English

  • Bring: sturdy hiking shoes, warm clothing, water, snacks, camera

  • Not allowed: alcohol, drugs, littering, pets

  • Pick-up area: Ubud (extra fee may apply depending on location)

  • Note: This is a challenging hike and not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with limited mobility
